The following Agreement is between H1UP ("H1UP", "Host 1Up", "WE", "US", "OUR") and ("CUSTOMER", "YOU", "YOUR")

We collect personal information when you register for H1UP services or when you use our products or services.

WE TAKE SECURITY AND PRIVACY VERY SERIOUSLY

When you do business with H1UP, we ask for information such as your name, address, email and phone number. For some services such as hosting, colocation, we'll ask you for additional information such as a copy of your government issued ID, and a faxed copy of the physical credit card that you will be using to pay your invoices. These are required not only for verification but also so we can bring your equipment into our data center.

H1UP automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, H1UP cookie information, and the page you request.


How We Use Collected Information

H1UP uses information we collect: for verification and identification of our customers, to verify who you are and to ensure someone is not trying to impersonate you.


Children

This site is not aimed to attract children. Anyone considered a minor in their local jurisdiction should not contract the H1UP services.


Information Sharing and Disclosure

H1UP does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or companies in any case. H1UP, will not release your information to anyone with the exception of a court order.

For clarification, we respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims; We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, our data centers, violations of H1UP's terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.


Information Transfer

We transfer information about you if H1UP is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, H1UP will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.


Cookies

H1UP may set and access cookies on your web browser computer. Any cookies set by H1UP are for the purposes of keeping user preferences throughout different applications in our services offering.


General

You can edit your H1UP Account Information at any time. We reserve the right to send you communications relating to the H1UP service, such as service announcements and administrative messages that are considered part of your H1UP account, without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them.


Confidentiality and Security

We limit access to personal information about you to administrative employees on a need-to-know basis only. We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to protect personal information about you.
